Doesn't matter actually. If they're not overtaking another vehicle,
then they should be in the left hand lane - regardless of the speed
they're doing.

They have their "rule of the day" as well.

There are lots of unmarked cars patrolling with video cameras.
And plenty of marked cars as well.

And in some areas, there are speed traps with no other purpose than to
generate revenue under the pretext of "law enforcement".

If he was there I must have squashed him into such a small space that he
was invisible or maybe he fell out before I got back to the depot:-)
